About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Past Life and Beyond website and the services provided by Lana Spitz. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We have written these terms to be clear and readable. If anything is unclear, please contact us at hello@pastlifeandbeyond.com and we will be happy to explain.

Nature of services

Past Life and Beyond provides complementary wellness services, including past life regression, life between lives hypnosis, quantum consciousness work, yoga, massage therapy, breathwork, HeartMath coherence training, and related modalities.

These services are complementary in nature. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical professional, psychiatrist, or psychologist.

If you are currently receiving medical or psychiatric treatment, we encourage you to inform your healthcare provider about any complementary therapies you are considering. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Booking and payment

How to book

Sessions are booked through our website via Cal.com. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. You will receive a confirmation email with session details, preparation guidance, and any relevant instructions.

Cancellation and refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours before your session: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before your session: 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the reserved time.
• No-show (no cancellation): The full session fee is retained.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If Lana needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at a mutually convenient time.

Pricing

Session prices are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay. All prices are quoted in the currency stated on the booking page.

Session recordings

Sessions may be recorded with the mutual consent of both you and Lana. Recording is never compulsory and will only take place if both parties agree.

Session recordings are your property. They are created for your personal use — to support reflection and integration after the session. Recordings are stored securely and shared only with you. They are not used for marketing, training, or any other purpose.

You may request deletion of your recordings at any time by contacting us at hello@pastlifeandbeyond.com.

Confidentiality

Everything shared during a session is treated as confidential. Lana will not disclose session content to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or where there is a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, images, graphics, and layout — is the intellectual property of Lana Spitz and Past Life and Beyond, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

Content from your own sessions (including recordings) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your personal session experiences or recordings.

Limitation of liability

Lana Spitz and Past Life and Beyond provide services in good faith, with professional care and skill developed over more than thirty years of practice. However, complementary wellness services involve subjective experiences, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Past Life and Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Our practice is based in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico.

In the event of any dispute, we ask that you first contact us directly at hello@pastlifeandbeyond.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussion. We believe most concerns can be addressed through open, respectful conversation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Your continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, please discontinue use of the site and contact us if you have any active bookings.
