The location A place that quiets the mind before the session begins.
Puerto Escondido sits on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, a few hours south of the state capital by road and less than an hour from Mexico City by air. It is known for its surfing, its extraordinary quality of light, and its long, quiet stretches of beach that empty out as you walk further from town. The pace here is slow in the best sense — governed by the ocean, the heat, and the understanding that not everything needs to happen quickly.
Lana chose to practise here after many years in London. She was drawn by the warmth, the space, and the way the coast provides a natural container for deep work. There is something about the rhythm of this place — mornings that begin with the sound of waves, afternoons that stretch unhurried, evenings that soften into colour — that supports the kind of turning inward her sessions require. Many clients find the setting itself becomes part of their healing experience, offering a distance from daily routine that makes it easier to go deeper than they expected.
The practice space is private, quiet, and deliberately simple. Sessions run long — three to four hours is standard — and the room is designed to hold that duration without interruption. There is nothing clinical about it, and nothing performatively spiritual. It is a calm, well-held space where difficult and beautiful things are allowed to surface.
