Lana has practised and taught across all of these disciplines for more than thirty years. What she offers here is not a menu of unrelated services — it is a single, integrated approach to living well, adapted to where you are right now.

Foundational training in therapeutic massage and bodywork at one of America's oldest massage schools.

Yoga teacher training

Began teaching yoga across multiple styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative — adapting to each student rather than following a single lineage.

HeartMath certification

Trained in HeartMath's evidence-based protocols for heart coherence, stress resilience, and nervous system regulation.
