INNER WORK / PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Where some patterns are born long before this life.

What it is

A guided journey into past life memory

Past life regression is a form of hypnosis-based therapy in which you are guided into a deep state of relaxation and invited to access memories from other lifetimes. The practice was brought into the modern therapeutic mainstream by Dr Brian Weiss, a Columbia- and Yale-trained psychiatrist who began using regression with patients in the 1980s after encountering past life material unexpectedly during conventional therapy.

The experience is vivid and embodied. Clients commonly describe seeing places, feeling emotions, and recognising people — sometimes with startling clarity. The material that surfaces often illuminates recurring themes, fears, relationships, and patterns in the present life that ordinary therapy has struggled to reach.

This is not about proving whether past lives are real. It is about accessing a layer of experience that carries meaning, and working with whatever arrives.

What happens

Before, during, and after

Before

Your session begins with a conversation. Lana will ask about what brought you here — the patterns, questions, or feelings you want to explore. This is not a script; it shapes the direction of the session. You will discuss what to expect, how the process works, and any concerns you have. There is no rush.

During

Lana guides you into a state of deep relaxation using progressive techniques. You remain conscious and aware throughout — able to speak, describe what you see, and respond to gentle prompts. As the regression unfolds, you may find yourself in a different body, a different place, a different time. The experience is often surprisingly sensory: sights, sounds, textures, emotions. Lana guides you through key moments in the life, including the death scene, which is experienced peacefully and from a place of observation.

After

You will return gently to full waking awareness. Lana spends time debriefing with you — discussing what surfaced, what it might mean, and how it connects to your present life. Many clients describe a sense of relief, clarity, or emotional release in the hours and days that follow. You are encouraged to journal and rest afterwards.

Who this is for

You might consider this if you...

  • Experience fears, phobias, or emotional patterns that feel older than your biography
  • Feel drawn to certain places, periods, or cultures without a clear reason
  • Have relationship dynamics that repeat across different people and situations
  • Carry grief, guilt, or unresolved emotion that conventional therapy has not fully addressed
  • Are curious about consciousness, past lives, or the deeper structure of experience
  • Simply feel that there is something beneath the surface that wants to be seen
Lana's approach

Warm, direct, and unhurried

Lana brings thirty years of practice to each session. Her style is warm and grounded — she creates a space where you can go deep without feeling pushed. She trained with the Newton Institute and holds credentials from the National Guild of Hypnotists and IACT, but her real skill is in reading the room: knowing when to guide, when to wait, and when to ask the question you didn't know you needed.

A note for skeptics

You do not need to believe in past lives to benefit from this work. Many of Lana's clients arrive with healthy doubt — and that doubt is welcome. The material that surfaces during regression carries meaning whether you interpret it as literal memory, metaphor, or the subconscious speaking in imagery. What matters is what shifts. And in Lana's experience, something almost always does.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do I know if what I see is real?

This is one of the most common questions, and it's a good one. The honest answer is that there is no way to prove the material is literal past life memory. What matters more is whether it carries meaning — and for most clients, it does. The imagery, emotions, and connections that surface tend to illuminate present-life patterns in ways that feel unmistakably relevant.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

Almost everyone can enter a hypnotic state. It is not about being suggestible — it is about being able to relax. If you can daydream or become absorbed in a film, you can enter the state used in regression. Lana works carefully to guide you there at your own pace.

Will I remember the session afterwards?

Yes. Unlike the popular image of hypnosis, you are fully conscious throughout and will remember the experience clearly. Most clients find the memories stay vivid for days and weeks, and Lana encourages you to journal immediately after your session while details are fresh.

Is past life regression safe?

Yes, when guided by an experienced practitioner. You remain in control at all times and can stop the session whenever you choose. Emotional material may surface — that is part of the process — but Lana creates a safe, contained space and guides you through any difficult moments with care.
